Achilles unveils supply chain intelligence tool for ESG and compliance reporting

Achilles, a supply chain risk and performance management platform has launched a new online supply chain intelligence tool, Achilles Analytics, aimed at improving transparency and regulatory compliance in supply chain management. The platform allows businesses to monitor supply chain performance across carbon emissions, ESG metrics, and regulatory requirements, providing a centralised system for risk assessment and reporting.

The tool enables companies to track supply chain risks related to political instability, climate disasters, and social unrest, while also offering insights into supplier sustainability and financial performance. An ESG dashboard provides detailed data on suppliers’ environmental, social, and governance performance, helping businesses identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Achilles Analytics also supports regulatory compliance by aligning supplier data with international reporting standards, including Apenhetsloven, BRSR Core, CSRD, CSDDD, and LkSG. Customisable dashboards allow users to generate reports tailored to different disclosure frameworks, offering a streamlined approach to compliance monitoring.

The platform includes carbon tracking capabilities, helping businesses identify emissions hotspots within their supply chains and implement targeted reduction plans. Health and safety metrics, covering incidents such as workplace injuries and near misses, allow businesses to assess supplier risks and address potential reputational and regulatory concerns.

Achilles Analytics also features real-time alerts and updates, providing businesses with immediate insights into significant supply chain events. Customisable timeframes enable users to monitor emerging trends and respond quickly to potential disruptions.

Mark Chamberlain, Chief Product Officer at Achilles, stated that the tool is designed to help companies navigate increasingly complex regulatory and sustainability demands by providing real-time data and customisable reporting.
