Air Liquide has successfully issued a €500 million ($546 million) green bond to finance sustainable energy transition projects, reinforcing its commitment to low-carbon hydrogen and air gases. The bond aligns with the company’s ADVANCE strategic plan, which integrates financial performance with environmental sustainability.
This marks Air Liquide’s third green bond issuance, following similar transactions in 2021 and 2024, both of which were fully allocated. The latest issuance was significantly oversubscribed, highlighting strong investor confidence in the company’s sustainable financing strategy.

The bond was issued under Air Liquide’s Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme and will support decarbonisation projects, including investments in hydrogen infrastructure and carbon capture technologies.
