Atlas Metrics has acquired Pelt8, a Switzerland-based sustainability reporting company, in a move that strengthens its presence in the Swiss market and reinforces its position as a leading provider of sustainability reporting tools for private markets across Europe.
The acquisition will allow Pelt8’s clients to transition to the Atlas Metrics platform, gaining access to a suite of advanced features, including AI-powered double materiality analysis, audit-ready reporting, automated data collection, and support for multiple sustainability frameworks. These include the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and SFDR.
Julian Osborne, Co-Founder and CEO of Pelt8, said: “Atlas Metrics offers the flexibility and functionality that companies need. Having known Wlad for several years, I’m confident that Atlas is the right partner for Pelt8 clients and Swiss firms operating globally.”
Wladimir Nikoluk, CEO and Co-Founder of Atlas Metrics, highlighted the alignment between the two firms: “Pelt8 has built a strong reputation for trust-based, high-quality support in Switzerland. We’re proud to continue that legacy and enhance it with our platform’s capabilities in non-financial reporting, auditing, performance tracking, and risk management.”
The deal marks a significant step in Atlas Metrics’ European expansion and its mission to equip organisations with tools to manage and disclose their sustainability performance effectively.
