Singapore’s Caravelle International Group, an ocean technology company, has announced key leadership changes, appointing Shixuan He as Chief Executive Officer and Xuanhua Xi as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Shixuan He, with 15 years of management experience, has led international collaborations in renewable energy and carbon asset development. His background includes smart infrastructure projects and innovative energy solutions, aligning with Caravelle’s sustainability focus.
