Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX), a provider of sustainability-focused regulatory technology, has entered a strategic alliance with Valuit Technology Delaware LLC, known as BlockRidge, to integrate ESG metrics into tokenised securities and real-world assets.
The agreement will grant BlockRidge access to Diginex’s suite of ESG software and advisory services, including tools for reporting aligned with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, as well as supply chain risk assessment and customised sustainability frameworks. These tools will be embedded into BlockRidge’s tokenisation platforms, which support the issuance and trading of assets such as digital bonds, private equity and revenue-generating businesses across blockchain networks including Ethereum and Base.
“This alliance represents a pivotal step for Diginex as we enter the rapidly evolving digital asset sector, where sustainability verification is becoming essential for investor confidence and regulatory adherence,” said Mark Blick, CEO of Diginex. “By partnering with BlockRidge, we’re democratising access to intelligent ESG technology, helping blockchain-native firms like BlockRidge to not only meet global standards, but to turn sustainability into a competitive advantage in tokenised finance.”
The collaboration will focus on verifying sustainability claims for digital asset projects, including carbon verification, ESG assessments and assurance of sustainability reports. The initial term of the agreement is two years, with provisions for renewal.
Raj Brahmbhatt, Co-Founder and CEO of BlockRidge, said: “Integrating Diginex’s cutting-edge ESG tools into our tokenisation ecosystem will empower our clients—from family offices to asset management firms—to create and trade digital assets that are not only secure and compliant but also aligned with sustainable practices.”
The move highlights growing demand among institutional investors for verifiable ESG data in digital asset portfolios and reflects a wider trend at the intersection of blockchain and sustainability.
