Envision Energy has announced a strategic partnership with Turkish renewable energy firm Mensis Enerji during the Turkish Wind Energy Congress (TWEC), aiming to accelerate Turkey’s clean energy transition.
The collaboration will focus on long-term cooperation in market development, technology, and policy advocacy, with the goal of building a resilient and sustainable green energy ecosystem.
By combining Envision’s global expertise with Mensis Enerji’s local knowledge, the partnership seeks to deliver innovative wind energy solutions while strengthening Turkey’s renewable energy infrastructure.
“Turkey is rapidly emerging as a key market for renewable energy, with wind capacity already exceeding 13 GW,” said Kane Xu, Senior Vice President and President of International Product Lines at Envision Energy. “Partnering with Mensis Enerji allows us to merge global technology leadership with local expertise, accelerating clean energy deployment, enhancing project execution, and supporting Turkey’s transition to a sustainable, low-carbon energy future.”
Abdullah Atalay, Chairman of Mensis Enerji, described the tie-up as “a transformative step for Turkey’s renewable energy sector”, adding: “Envision’s global expertise and cutting-edge technology will help accelerate high-quality wind projects, create local jobs, strengthen domestic infrastructure, and advance our 2035 renewable energy targets. With nearly 18 GW of storage-integrated wind projects expected to come online in the coming years, Envision’s presence in Turkey will provide crucial product solutions to investors. Together, we aim to create a low-carbon energy ecosystem that benefits Turkey and sets an example for the wider region.”
