The European Commission has initiated a selection process for the position of Chair of the Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB) within the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG).
The appointed Chair will be responsible for convening and leading SRB meetings, ensuring consensus-driven operations, and observing EFRAG’s Financial Reporting Board to promote interconnectivity between financial and sustainability reporting efforts.
Candidates must be nationals of EU Member States, possess a university degree, and have a minimum of 15 years’ professional experience, including managerial responsibilities. The role requires full-time commitment, with an indicative workload of 30 to 40 hours per week, based in Brussels.
