Levi Strauss appoints Chris Callieri as chief supply chain officer

Levi Strauss & Co. has named Chris Callieri as senior vice president and chief supply chain officer, effective 15 September. Reporting to president and chief executive Michelle Gass, he will join the company’s executive leadership team with responsibility for global supply chain operations, covering product development, sourcing, supply management, sustainability, and logistics.

“We’re excited to welcome Chris to LS&Co. at this pivotal moment in our evolution into a DTC-first denim lifestyle company,” sai Gass. “With a proven track record of delivering results at scale, he’s the right leader to strengthen our end-to-end supply chain agility, drive innovation, and advance our sustainability goals — all while delivering exceptional value to our fans worldwide.”

Callieri brings over two decades of international supply chain experience across retail and consumer goods. Most recently, he was chief supply chain officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co., where he oversaw global operations spanning product development, sourcing, production, and distribution. Before that, at Tory Burch, he played a key role in modernising supply chain systems and establishing the company’s first sustainability team and strategy.

Earlier in his career, Callieri held senior roles at Adidas, including senior vice president of product operations, and worked at HRC Advisory and A.T. Kearney on supply chain transformation initiatives for major retailers.

“I’m thrilled to join LS&Co. at such an exciting time for the iconic Levi’s® brand,” said Callieri. “I look forward to working with the talented LS&Co. team to deliver strong performance, serve our fans around the world, and strengthen Levi’s® position as the world’s definitive denim lifestyle brand.”
