Siam Piwat Group has appointed Nareerat Santhayati as its new Executive Vice President, marking a strategic move to bolster its sustainability leadership. Santhayati brings extensive experience in sustainable investment and corporate responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President and Head of Sustainable Investment at The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Announcing her new role on LinkedIn, Santhayati said, “I’m excited to share that I’ve recently started a new chapter with Siam Piwat Group. In this role, I look forward to exploring how sustainability can be strategically embedded as a core business driver—helping to shape long-term value for the company and its stakeholders.”
Her appointment signals Siam Piwat’s growing commitment to aligning business growth with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. Known for its landmark retail developments, the company is increasingly focusing on embedding sustainability into its business strategy and operations.
Santhayati holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Her career has centred around integrating ESG factors into investment and corporate frameworks, positioning her as a key player in Thailand’s evolving sustainable finance and business landscape.
