Schneider Electric has launched Resource Advisor+, a new energy and sustainability intelligence platform developed by its global consulting arm, SE Advisory Services.
Resource Advisor+ consolidates energy, emissions and sustainability data into a single platform, replacing multiple tools and siloed systems. The platform integrates functions covering emissions and energy management, supply chain sustainability, climate risk, and sustainability reporting, using AI-driven workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.
At the core of the platform is Sera, an AI agent designed to coordinate workflows and generate recommendations using what Schneider Electric describes as a proprietary knowledge base built from its consulting experience. The company said this approach is intended to translate complex datasets into operationally viable insights.
Steve Wilhite, executive vice president for SE Advisory Services’ global energy and sustainability practice, said: “Resource Advisor+ introduces a new way for companies to manage their energy and sustainability performance. By automating complexity and turning data into action, it enables users to accelerate energy optimisation and decarbonisation.”
The Resource Advisor+ ecosystem launches initially with two products: Carbon Performance, which supports emissions measurement and management across Scope 1, 2 and 3 in line with the GHG Protocol, and Supply Chain, focused on Scope 3 emissions engagement across global value chains. Additional modules covering climate risk, reporting and compliance, as well as energy and energy efficiency, are due to be released later this year.
The Supply Chain product builds on the former Zeigo Hub platform and is designed to support supplier engagement and emissions data collection at scale. Schneider Electric said its existing EcoStruxure Resource Advisor platform will continue to be available to customers.
Amy Cravens, research director for sustainability and ESG software at IDC, said: “As organisations face growing pressure to turn sustainability ambition into measurable action, platforms that unify data, intelligence and execution are becoming essential. Resource Advisor+ reflects an evolution in sustainability management by combining domain expertise with AI-driven workflows.”
Schneider Electric said the platform is intended to support companies in linking energy management, emissions reduction and supply chain sustainability with broader business outcomes.
