STACK Infrastructure, a global data centre developer, has obtained $900 million in green financing to complete the NVA05 campus in Northern Virginia. Located on a 62-acre site in Manassas, the NVA05 campus will deliver 200MW of capacity. Its strategic location near existing utility infrastructure ensures reliable power access for seamless expansion. The project is expected to boost the local economy by creating construction and operational jobs and increasing tax revenues.
With this latest financing, STACK Infrastructure has raised over $16 billion in debt capital since its inception, fueling the development of its extensive global data centre portfolio. Among its recent projects are a 500MW campus in South Dallas designed for both shell and turnkey deployments; a 56MW campus in Toronto with 48MW of expansion capacity; a 48MW data centre in Santa Clara supported by committed power; and a 200MW campus in Portland offering 24MW of available capacity with plans for future expansion.
The $900 million green financing aligns with STACK’s commitment to integrating sustainable practices into its operations. Tim Hughes, Chief Development Officer, STACK Americas said, “By fully funding this project, we reassure our clients and partners of our ability to deliver digital infrastructure that supports their growth with speed, scale, and certainty.”
