ESG&I, a provider of ESG consulting services, has appointed Peter Blackmore and Caroline Chan as Partners and Principal Consultants, based in Perth, Western Australia. With decades of combined expertise in ESG, governance, and business consulting, their addition strengthens ESG&I’s capacity to offer top-tier sustainability solutions across Australia.
Peter and Caroline bring over 30 years of experience in financial services, governance, and sustainability industries. Their leadership will further bolster ESG&I’s position as a national leader in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) consulting, catering to organizations of all sizes.

Peter Blackmore has over 30 years of senior executive experience, including 17 years as a divisional CEO in a large publicly listed company. He has extensive expertise in sustainability, having completed a climate change thesis in 2003, and held roles such as Director of Global Business Engagement at Walk Free and WA Managing Partner for Environmental Resources Management. He is also Executive Director of Elliott Insurance, Australia’s first carbon-neutral broker.

Caroline Chan is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years in commercial and investment banking. She is a Non-Executive Director for an ASX200 resources company, where she chairs the Sustainability Committee. Caroline is recognized for her work in inclusion and diversity and brings deep governance and sustainability knowledge to ESG&I.
