Arcwood Environmental, a portfolio company of EQT Infrastructure, has appointed Carol Roos as its Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer (CCSO).
Roos brings extensive experience in corporate communications, brand strategy and sustainability, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Brand at Invenergy, where she oversaw corporate, executive and policy communications, brand development, and community engagement across the company’s global clean energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.
Before joining Invenergy, Roos was a Partner at Brunswick Group, advising multinational corporations and senior executives on strategic communications and reputation management through high-stakes corporate events.

In her new role, Roos will oversee corporate communications, public affairs, and sustainability strategy, collaborating with the executive team to strengthen Arcwood’s stakeholder engagement and integrate sustainability more deeply across the business.
