Datamaran launches Harbor platform for sustainability professionals

Datamaran, a provider of AI-powered ESG software, has unveiled Harbor, a new global community platform dedicated exclusively to in-house sustainability professionals. The platform aims to support leaders navigating growing regulatory pressures, stakeholder expectations, and the evolving ESG landscape.

The initiative responds to the increasing challenges faced by sustainability professionals, who are often expected to drive transformative change within organisations while managing risk, compliance, and public scrutiny—frequently with limited resources. Harbor offers a central access point to connect with global peers, share knowledge, and access curated content and tools designed to strengthen professional resilience and impact.

Among the platform’s features are:

  • A private, trusted space for global peer engagement
  • Weekly updates on policy and regulatory developments
  • A monthly newsletter on ESG trends
  • A calendar of virtual and in-person events
  • A job board listing new sustainability roles

Access to the basic platform is free for corporate sustainability professionals and those working across ESG strategy, reporting, compliance, and communications.

Datamaran is also introducing Harbor+, a paid subscription tier offering enhanced features, including:

  • Exclusive online briefings with regulators and standard setters
  • Quarterly ESG policy updates
  • Peer-led roundtables and workshops

“Today’s sustainability leaders are driving change under intense scrutiny,” said Marjella Lecourt-Alma, CEO and co-founder of Datamaran. “With Harbor, we’re creating a place where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to lead with confidence.”

Since 2014, Datamaran has supported the ESG community with insights and events. The launch of Harbor marks a new phase in the company’s commitment to advancing corporate sustainability leadership through collaboration and shared expertise.
