Diginex Limited, an impact technology company, has announced the appointment of two senior executives to support its ESG and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy. The move follows recent partnership announcements with Russell Bedford International, Forvis Mazars, and Baker Tilly Singapore.
Dan Campion has been named Global Chief Commercial Officer. He will lead the company’s global commercial strategy, focusing on expanding its ESG and sustainable finance offerings. Campion previously served as Global Head of “Markets” Sales at S&P Global and brings extensive experience in business development and navigating complex markets.
Lorenzo Romano has joined as Lead Strategic Advisor on M&A. With a background in private banking and strategic growth advisory, Romano previously held senior roles at EFG Bank and Syz Bank. He will be responsible for identifying and executing acquisitions in the sustainability-focused regulatory technology (RegTech) sector, supporting Diginex’s growth plans through both inorganic and organic expansion.
The appointments are part of Diginex’s ongoing efforts to build capacity in the sustainability technology space and expand its international presence.
