EcoVadis partners with SGS and QIMA to boost ESG auditing and verification

EcoVadis has announced the expansion of its Partnership & Alliance network with the addition of two leading onsite audit firms, SGS and QIMA, in a move aimed at enhancing the company’s ESG verification and risk management capabilities.

The partnerships come in response to growing client demand for trusted, high-quality training and auditing services following the identification of risks in EcoVadis’ sustainability assessments. Both firms were selected after a rigorous accreditation process based on their technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and client-centric approach.

Through the EcoVadis Worker Voice solution, data-driven insights help flag potential human rights issues across global supply chains. With the inclusion of SGS and QIMA, clients can now access accredited experts to conduct targeted onsite verifications, monitor remediation, and drive measurable improvements.

“Our clients frequently ask us for recommendations for high-stakes services like audit, and we have a responsibility to connect them with the very best,” said Pierre-François Thaler, Co-founder and Co-CEO of EcoVadis. “This isn’t just about referrals — it’s about curating a trusted network of partners who share our commitment to sustainable impact and client success. SGS and QIMA are great additions to our ecosystem.”

The partnerships align with EcoVadis’ broader strategy to build a collaborative ecosystem that fosters innovation, delivers greater value to clients, and accelerates mutual growth through seamless integrations.

Neil Willings, Global Head of Sustainability and Supply Chain at SGS, said, “This partnership will allow us to extend our audit expertise to a wider audience, supporting EcoVadis’ mission through our global network of over 800 auditors.”

Anouschka Jansen, Sustainability Director at QIMA, added, “Partnering with EcoVadis reinforces our shared vision of advancing responsible and transparent supply chains worldwide. We’re proud to help members translate sustainability values into practical, measurable actions.”
