Envision, a global green technology company, has partnered with the Brazilian government to advance the country’s green energy transition. The collaboration was unveiled during Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s official visit to China, where he met with Envision Chairman Lei Zhang to discuss joint efforts in clean energy technologies and sustainable industrial development.
As part of the agreement, Envision will develop Latin America’s first Net-Zero Industrial Park in Brazil. The flagship project will centre on the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and aims to establish a full green fuel value chain, while also supporting the growth of green hydrogen and green ammonia sectors. The initiative is designed to accelerate Brazil’s transition to a green industrial economy, leveraging Envision’s renewable energy systems and expertise.
“Brazil is crucial to the global green transition of human society,” said Lei Zhang, Chairman of Envision. “It is poised to become the world’s most significant green oil production hub, with its abundant biomass and renewable electricity. Through our Net-Zero Industrial Park model, we are advancing cost-effective green oil solutions and contributing to a shared global future.”
Envision’s Net-Zero Industrial Park concept has already been implemented in Inner Mongolia, China, where the company built the world’s largest green hydrogen and ammonia project. The model has received global recognition, featuring prominently in the World Economic Forum’s World Transitioning Industrial Clusters Report.
With successful projects underway in Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, and Spain, Envision is now expanding its model to Brazil, tailoring it to local resources and industry strengths. The partnership is expected to position Brazil as a leading hub for renewable energy innovation in Latin America, with long-term implications for sustainable fuel production and decarbonisation efforts globally.
