Sustainability consulting firm CSRWorks International has been named one of just 55 organisations on the Best Workplaces in Singapore 2026 list by Great Place To Work®.
This marks a significant workplace recognition for the Singapore-headquartered firm that supports clients across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
CSRWorks ranked #5 in the Micro category of the national list. The recognition follows the firm’s Great Place To Work Certification™, which is based on confidential employee feedback about their workplace experience, including trust, leadership, culture and engagement.
Founded in Singapore in 2005, CSRWorks operates as a boutique sustainability services firm, combining specialist expertise with an international reach. It provides sustainability advisory, assurance and verification, training and thought-leadership services to companies across multiple industries and markets globally.
CSRWorks Founder and Managing Director Rajesh Chhabara said the recognition was particularly meaningful because it reflected the experience of the firm’s own people.
“What makes me proudest is the passion and sense of purpose our people bring to their work. They genuinely care about our clients, support one another, and share a commitment to making a positive impact through the work we do.“
“Being recognised among Singapore’s Best Workplaces is especially meaningful because it comes from our people. We may be a boutique firm, but our team works across borders, cultures and markets, supporting clients around the world. What holds us together is a strong sense of purpose and pride in the work we do.”
CSRWorks provides services across sustainability reporting, climate and greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability assurance, human rights, sustainable procurement and sustainability ratings. The firm is also an established global provider of of professional sustainability training.
For CSRWorks, the workplace recognition also reflects a broader principle: organisations advising businesses on sustainability need to demonstrate the same commitment to people and responsible business practices within their own operations.
“People are at the heart of sustainability,” Chhabara added. “As we continue to grow internationally, our challenge is not simply to become bigger. It is to preserve the trust, entrepreneurial spirit and personal connection that come with being a boutique firm, while continuing to create opportunities for our people to grow.”
The Best Workplaces in Singapore list recognises organisations that have created consistently positive employee experiences and strong cultures of trust.
