Lenovo has launched new tools to help organisations cut the environmental impact of their IT operations, focusing on emissions visibility and end-of-life asset management.
Its Lenovo Intelligent Sustainability Solutions Advisor (LISSA) uses AI to provide tailored sustainability insights in under 15 minutes, helping firms model decarbonisation pathways such as extending device lifecycles or shifting logistics.
For end-of-life management, Lenovo’s Asset Recovery Services (ARS) offers secure recycling, resale and data erasure in 48 markets. Since 2020, it has processed more than one million assets and recycled or reused 94,000 tonnes of equipment. Recent upgrades include prepaid credits, reinvestment options and a new asset manager portal.
