Sustainability technology company Diginex Limited has introduced an enhanced end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform, designed to provide corporate and institutional clients with unified visibility over multi-tier supplier risks and remediation outcomes.
The platform launch addresses expanding regulatory mandates, including the European Union Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the EU Forced Labour Regulation, which will ban products made with forced labor from entering or leaving the European market starting in December 2027.
Industry analyst firm Verdantix projects the global supply chain sustainability software sector will expand at a 29 per cent compound annual growth rate, reaching more than $7 billion by 2029 as companies automate compliance processes.
Diginex’s platform replaces fragmented supplier management systems by structuring due diligence into four continuous operational phases:
- Connect: Mapping multi-tier supplier networks to trace operational dependencies.
- Identify: Validating risk factors through cross-referencing corporate reporting, worker-level insights, and external data sets.
- Act: Co-ordinating joint corrective action plans directly with supply chain partners.
- Demonstrate: Maintaining auditable records linking initial risk findings to verified operational resolution.
The company stated that consolidating supplier metrics into a single evidence-based platform helps lower operational overhead, mitigates litigation exposure, and improves labor practices across supplier networks.
Archana Kotecha, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Diginex, stated that evolving compliance standards require corporate leaders to move beyond high-level supplier visibility toward structured data that enables direct risk mitigation and verifiable impact tracking.
