Supply chain sustainability platform EcoVadis and sustainability software provider CO2 AI have announced a partnership aimed at accelerating corporate Scope 3 decarbonisation through integrated primary emissions data.
The collaboration links EcoVadis’ supplier carbon ratings and primary emissions metrics with CO2 AI’s software engine. The technical integration allows corporate procurement and sustainability teams to replace indirect spend-based carbon calculations with supplier-provided primary data.
The partnership enables mutual enterprise customers to ingest corporate-level emissions data and product carbon footprints collected through EcoVadis directly into the CO2 AI platform. The system is designed to streamline data processing for Scope 3 category 1 reporting, improve audit readiness, and identify targeted carbon reduction interventions across vendor networks.

The integration operates as part of the broader EcoVadis Carbon Data Network, an infrastructure element within its Carbon Action Manager suite designed to facilitate supplier carbon footprint calculations, self-reported emissions sharing, and vendor engagement.
