We are hiring a Training Sales Executive to support the growth of our public and in-house sustainability training programmes. This role is focused on sales and revenue generation for professional sustainability training courses delivered to corporate and individual participants.
The Training Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, convert enquiries into confirmed registrations, and build long-term relationships with organisations seeking high-quality sustainability training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive enrolments for public sustainability training programmes (virtual and in-person)
- Sell customised in-house sustainability training programmes to corporate clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiry handling, needs discussions, proposal coordination, closing, and follow-up
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets for training programmes
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, sustainability, compliance, and management stakeholders
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and follow-up
- Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and internal teams on programme scheduling and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and confirmed programmes
- Provide market feedback on client needs, pricing considerations, and training demand trends
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in B2B or training sales
- 2–5 years of experience in training sales, professional services sales, or B2B education sales
- Proven ability to sell services or solutions in a consultative, client-focused manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging with corporate and senior-level stakeholders - Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented
- Experience selling professional training programmes is an advantage
- Exposure to sustainability or professional certification training is helpful but not mandatory
