Achilles appoints new Chief Executive Officer

Achilles has announced the appointment of Sebastien Roussotte as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds the interim CEO, Craig Rodgerson, who is returning to his permanent position as Chairman of the Achilles Board. Rodgerson had stepped into the executive role last year following the death of the former CEO, Paul Stanley.

Roussotte joins the supply chain risk management company with more than 25 years of international leadership experience across enterprise software, ESG intelligence, financial technology, and risk analytics. He most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of GRESB, an ESG benchmark and data provider for real assets and infrastructure. His previous career includes senior leadership positions at Style Analytics, Finastra, Sophis, and Thomson Reuters.

The leadership transition comes at a time when organisations face heightened pressure to manage geopolitical disruptions and comply with increasing regulatory demands regarding supply chain transparency.

Commenting on the appointment, Rodgerson stated that Roussotte has a proven track record of driving growth and helping organisations navigate complex market environments. Roussotte noted that he looks forward to working with the company’s global teams to address evolving supplier assurance and risk management challenges.
