Construction intelligence platform Buildots has announced an enterprise agreement with sustainable data centre operator Green Mountain to deploy its progress-tracking technology across the developer’s European build pipeline.
The AI-driven system is currently operational across two major sites representing a combined 100 megawatts of capacity in Frankfurt, Germany, and Stavanger, Norway, with further portfolio expansion planned.
Under the agreement, Buildots provides site visibility across project lifecycles—spanning superstructure assembly through to internal fitout. The platform integrates 360-degree cameras and drone footage to generate automated progress tracking and identify potential schedule risks early.
David Guth, Chief Design & Construction Officer at Green Mountain, stated that the partnership establishes a standardized operational playbook across future developments, providing consistent methodology and schedule visibility across complex capital projects.
Green Mountain, which operates facilities powered by 100 per cent renewable energy, noted that applying digital intelligence to the construction process helps maintain project schedules while supporting broader efficiency goals.

The agreement expands Buildots’ client base within the mission-critical infrastructure sector, where automated tracking platforms are increasingly deployed to manage schedule-sensitive, high-capital developments.
