Sustainable waste solutions provider Reworld has announced the acquisition of three Lindenhurst, New York-based environmental companies: Clean & Green Recycling Corporation, ClearFlo Technologies, and EnviroTec.
The acquired businesses have been combined to form the Lindenhurst Material Processing Facility (MPF). Situated on Long Island, the facility operates in close proximity to four existing Reworld Thermomechanical Treatment Facilities (TTFs), expanding the company’s regional processing, transport, and resource recovery infrastructure.
The new MPF will integrate with existing Reworld service offerings, including its ReDrop wastewater treatment framework, ReDirect360 zero-waste-to-landfill solutions, and ReMove waste logistics operations.
