TrusTrace and FYUL partner to automate supply chain compliance for global brands

TrusTrace, a company working in supply chain traceability, has partnered with FYUL to establish a comprehensive visibility and compliance infrastructure across its international manufacturing network. FYUL, the on-demand merchandise powerhouse representing Printify, Printful, and Snow Commerce, will utilise the platform to manage the supply chains of iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, MTV, and Dunkin’ Donuts.

As global regulations regarding transparency intensify, FYUL has selected TrusTrace to centralise compliance documentation and map its vast network of suppliers. The move is specifically designed to meet emerging European Union requirements, including the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Digital Product Passport (DPP), ensuring that data collection keeps pace with large-scale on-demand production.

“When you’re producing merchandise for brands that are bought and loved by millions of people, the responsibility to get the supply chain right is real,” said Isabella Holmgaard, Sustainability Director at FYUL. “TrusTrace replaces hundreds of manual emails with AI-validated data collection. This increased visibility keeps us ahead of complex regulations and significantly accelerates our ability to onboard clients who demand the highest standards of transparency.”

Strengthening global infrastructure

The TrusTrace platform will bolster FYUL’s operations across three critical domains:

  • Risk assessment: Automated data collection at both supplier and product levels to identify vulnerabilities across the global manufacturing footprint.
  • Certification management: Centralising facility and product-specific certificates to ensure a single source of truth for audits.
  • Regulatory readiness: Gathering the specific documentation required for upcoming EU mandates, allowing results to be reported directly to brand partners and regulators.

Scaling transparency

The partnership highlights the growing necessity for robust digital infrastructure in the “on-demand” commerce sector, where fragmented supplier networks often pose significant transparency challenges.

“FYUL has built something genuinely difficult—a platform that makes on-demand manufacturing work at scale,” said Shameek Ghosh, CEO and Co-Founder of TrusTrace. “This partnership is about making sure the supply chain data and transparency behind every product keeps pace with where regulations and brand partner expectations are heading.”

By integrating AI-validated tracking, FYUL aims to transition from manual oversight to a scalable, automated system that protects the reputation of its high-profile brand partners while meeting the increasingly stringent demands of the European market.
