Schneider Electric appoints Lena Henry as Head of Advisory Services

Schneider Electric has appointed Lena Henry as Head of Advisory Services to lead SE Advisory Services, the group’s global sustainability and energy consulting practice.

Henry succeeds Steve Wilhite, who is leaving the company following a 25-year tenure. In her new role, Henry will oversee the execution of the advisory unit’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding consulting services across energy procurement, corporate renewable strategies, climate risk management, supply chain decarbonisation, and digital infrastructure transformation.

Henry previously served as head of global customer experience and commercial transformation at Schneider Electric. Her career includes more than a decade at management consultancy McKinsey & Company, specializing in commercial model transformation and operational strategy execution.

The leadership transition comes as corporate demand accelerates for strategic consulting to address energy security, grid resilience, and regulatory decarbonisation targets. Schneider Electric noted that thousands of corporate clients currently utilise SE Advisory Services software and strategic consulting.

Lena Henry stated that corporate leaders are increasingly focused on translating high-level sustainability targets into operational execution and measurable financial outcomes through technology and direct implementation.

She added that SE Advisory Services will focus on expanding its practical execution capabilities to help global clients navigate energy transitions and supply chain decarbonisation challenges.
